Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued only through Cash on Delivery adjustments or store credit, as we do not process electronic payments.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, opened or used art supplies are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost.
